Division sought a new approach to identifying new product opportunities that moved beyond a category focus to incorporate a more holistic understanding of customer meal challenges.
Facilitated workshops with the entire team (over 100) that combined elements of Blue Ocean Strategy, design thinking, and Lean Start-Up principles to identify market spaces to exploit, gain insight from customers, and use rapid concept testing and evaluation tools to move teams from insight to a priority list of projects in about 3 weeks.
The workshops and subsequent facilitation of individual team working sessions created a pipeline of compelling new concepts and also fundamentally altered the division’s approach to future opportunity identification and assessment.
