For those who have worked with me, you know one of my favorite things is creating frameworks and models. I’m a visual and systems thinker — dare I say, it’s a bit of a superpower.
In a recent conversation with a client about AI, I was reminded of a framework we developed for our webinar on ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????, ???????????????????????? ????????, ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????????????????. (If you’re interested, here’s the link to the recording: https://lnkd.in/gu4M9evD).
This framework lays out the different ???????????????????? ???????? ???????? and the ???????????? ???????????????????? associated with each. While it may be too basic for advanced practitioners, we’ve found it’s been especially helpful for teams just starting to understand and think about using AI in their businesses.
One key reminder: at the heart of all AI is prediction — but that prediction is based on the past. While AI can be a powerful tool, I remain cautious about its ability (at least for now) to handle ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? or ????????????????????????????????????????????????????. It’s an important consideration as you think about integrating AI into your innovation efforts.
