For those who have worked with me, you know one of my favorite things is creating frameworks and models. Iโm a visual and systems thinker โ dare I say, itโs a bit of a superpower.
In a recent conversation with a client about AI, I was reminded of a framework we developed for our webinar on (If youโre interested, hereโs the link to the recording: https://lnkd.in/gu4M9evD).
This framework lays out the different ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ and the ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ associated with each. While it may be too basic for advanced practitioners, weโve found itโs been especially helpful for teams just starting to understand and think about using AI in their businesses.
One key reminder: at the heart of all AI is prediction โ but that prediction is based on the past. While AI can be a powerful tool, I remain cautious about its ability (at least for now) to handle ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด or ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐. Itโs an important consideration as you think about integrating AI into your innovation efforts.
